As website owners, one of our most important responsibilities is to ensure we have proper SEO. After all, SEO is how people who are interested in our niche find our website. Plus, getting a first page placement, at least at times, drives traffic like nothing else. So far, promoting your website using PPC or even distributing content through social media can work. However, SEO is generally difficult due to changing algorithms and constant competition. Most websites need tools to navigate the world of SEO, specifically a Google SEO Checker or often referred to as Website SEO Checker.
If you have already invested in any of the SEO tools I haverecommended in the past, it should have everything you need to run an SEO audit or check your rank, whatever your heart desires. On the other hand, if you haven't invested in an SEO tool yet, want to try other SEO tools, or just prefer an easy and quick way to get SEO information about a specific website, Google SEO Checker can help.

What is a Google SEO Checker?
Simply put, a Google SEO Checker is a free tool that gives you advice on how to improve your SEO or check another website's SEO. And since you can use these inspectors to analyze websites that you don't own, they're valuable tools for competitive analysis. While most marketing tools will help you with this, an SEO checker will provide different information than the typical marketing tech stack.
One thing about these tools is that in most cases, the developers do not charge any fees to purchase or use them. They are usually free because they use the pre-sales tool to sell you a paid subscription or try to sell you a related service (SEO agency, web hosting, etc.). In other words, it's a form of content marketing. Some of these tools give you an idea of what's possible with your paid products, while others just encourage you to get an SEO review.
Since Google is arguably the king of search in most countries, no discussion of SEO checkers without Google is relevant. Luckily, Google is helping to defend its market leadership with free verification tools. Each of these options is designed to help website owners perform well in search and level the playing field between large and small websites.
Page Speed Information
One factor that greatly affects SEO performance is page speed. As you might think, people are less likely to abandon your page if it doesn't load quickly. And since bounce rates affect your overall SERP position, it's important to encourage visitors to stay for a while.
But how does Page Speed Insights work? All you have to do is enter your URL and choose between mobile and desktop results. They tell you how fast the page is loading, run basic diagnostics, and give you some advanced features. These insights come in red, yellow, or green depending on how well the metric compares to ideals and competitors. You will also receive an overall performance rating.
Compatibility test for Google mobile devices
One of the simplest Google SEO checkers, the Mobile-Friendly Test tells you whether your website is mobile-friendly or not. It also tells you why or why not. For example, they said my website has design elements that are too close together and the text is too small. I can improve this by making a mobile version of my site or fix the issues on the main version.
Google SEO Checker Tools of the most important SEO tools
Of course, Google is far from the only company interested in SEO. Everyone wants to rank well on Google, so many web companies have developed a Google SEO checker. While one of these may be enough to get you started, using more than one tool can help gather additional information that the first might have missed. This is especially true when you want to do a major overhaul or find out why your website views are declining or not increasing at the planned rate.

With this tool, they give you an SEO score in the form of a percentage. Then they break down what you're doing right and where you can improve. For my personal page I got 83%. You get the quality of your site structure, links, pages and server (I have to work on the server). What makes this unique among Google SEO verification tools is that they tell youthe quality of general metadata. Finally, you get general page quality metrics. Have your website analyzed for free. Sign in for the rest of your site.
In the last section I gave you the most important general checks for Google SEO. However, these sites are not the best option for everyone. Sometimes you also want to consult more than one Google SEO checker. While the basics are the same between checkers games, the more detailed metrics can vary from app to app. Here are the best of the others if you can't find what you're looking for in the tools above.
SEO Site Checkup gives you a free trial of the entire suite of tools. This includes a Google SEO Checker that shows you the strengths and weaknesses of your website. You also get a sitemap builder, white label reports, website monitoring, and a website speed checker. Each of these tools helps improve both SEO performance and website health. Sitechecker is another Google SEO checker that you sign up for a free trial. In return, you will receive a full SEO audit. Once you have the audit, Sitechecker monitors website changes for their SEO value. In other words, they help you stay current. Then track your rank and backlink changes. If you want a completely free Google SEO checker and not a lead magnet, check out SEO Review Tools powered by donations. This is a comprehensive tool that gives you a complete picture of your location's competitiveness. So if you're building your website on a tight budget and don't like being sold, check these out.
If you want a ranking checker and not much more, this Google SEO Checker is great for that. Enter your web address and they will tell you the best performing keywords for your website. You'll also get the number of searches you've appeared in for each keyword and whether you're moving up or down in the rankings. Hoth's quick tool is a great way to find out which keywords are performing better without having to sift through a ton of additional information. Then you can use other tools to boost your rankings where you need them most. For example, if a keyword you're targeting is performing poorly according to The Hoth's tool, you can drill down to maximize it.
One thing that makes RankWatch stand out is that it's not a lead magnet. Instead, sign up for a 14-day free trial. For the trial version, you can enter your URL and get the usual SEO information. In addition, it will conduct a website speed test, social media metrics, website distribution, and an assessment of the technology behind each website. The last point is of course the best for competitive analysis. Knowing what technology your competitor is using will help you outperform them.
A tool calledWebsite-SEO-Checker
Website SEO Checker is another set of free tools. Your Google SEO Checker allows you to view your on-page and off-page SEO attributes like backlinks, domain authority, and social media. You also get an image SEO score, a keyword stuffing detector (padding is bad for your SEO), and even an Alexa rank. Especially for ecommerce and affiliate sites, Alexa rank is an important success metric. Overall, this tool has some metrics that I haven't seen in the other tools, which is great for many types of websites. A great “second opinion” option when subscribing to other verifiers.
With SEO Tester Online, all you have to do is enter the URL of your website. Then they review your snippets, header tags, andsitemapfor SEO strength. Once the analysis is complete, the site will give you free suggestions to improve your SEO. You'll also learn how to improve performance and optimize for social media.
